We offer refunds for paid programmes, consultations, and educational materials within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used or delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@purgefilter.world with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to credit the funds to your account.

You may cancel upcoming programmes or consultations without penalty up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 7 days of the service date may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

Monthly subscription programmes can be cancelled at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

If you receive defective or incomplete materials, or if a service is not delivered as promised, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

If you believe a refund was denied incorrectly, please contact us with documentation. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

If we cancel or reschedule a service due to circumstances beyond your control, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option at no additional cost.
